Cara and I have been sleeping on an air mattress to make room for our most wonderful guests, who've hopefully been comfortable on beds and couches, but who can resist watching the snowflakes drift down on the skylights?
Unrelated note: I whupped Evie's butt in Skip-Bo.

ReplyDeleteWe were looking through family photographs on Thanksgiving and found a bunch of you and Cara with and baby Jake, Jessie, and Evie. After seeing a particularly stunning shot of Cara, a guest asked who she was. "Oh, a Bellport friend of my dad's." A few photos later he saw a picture of you and Jessie on a swing in Jamie's parents' backyard and said "What a handsome guy. Is he the Bellport girl's husband?" and when we replied yes he let out a defeated, "ugh, it figures," as the most attractive people ALWAYS pair off and leave the rest of us to just pick among the so-so plebs for mates.
We then bragged about how you guys have only gotten more attractive over time, and these photos are certainly evidence of that.
